Mr. CJ Lynch is the founder and serves as the CEO of We Leverage Inc., a community based organization in the greater Sacramento who preparers and positions today’s youth civic leaders to be ready to take on positions of leadership in their city. Experienced executive leader with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry from the Bay Area to Sacramento. Skilled in non-profit organizations, youth development, program management and community outreach. Formerly Mr. Lynch served as the Manager for a national initiative through Opportunity Youth United where Mr. Lynch focused on forming a Sacramento chapter of youth and adult advocates that focused on local public policy for opportunity youth 16 -24 years of age in Sacramento. Mr. Lynch commenced his career in the expanding learning field having the opportunity to learn a variety positions that propelled him into executive roles over the course of the years for the Bay Area After – School All – Stars and THINK Together. CJ knows what truly provokes today’s youth to transform laws, attitudes and traditions that can lead to youth having a stronger sense of identity and direction in life. Strong entrepreneurship professional with associated degree from Cosumnes River College and a Bachelor’s degree focused in Psychology from San Jose State University.

Creative Director

James Borromeo is the Creative Director for We Leverage Inc. A friendly upbeat person who loves action movies. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Graphic and Web Design with an emphasis in print from the Art Institute of California -Sacramento. His inspiration for this field started with a camera and from there it spiraled into an interest he would soon as learned more about his field. The design approach he uses on projects is dedicated to lessening our ecological footprint while creating effective design solutions. He works vigilantly to protect the home we call Earth. He does this through raising awareness and educating the public about the importance of conservation for a better future through green technology projects, advertising campaigns, collateral designs, and branding.
